A non-refundable Application Fee of $25 must accompany the submission of this application.**
**The Application fee is currently being waived for applications received by Dec 1st, 2025 for the 2026 Adult Program.
A digital copy of the 2026 Leadership Butler Adult Program Application is available below. Please email finished applications to apply@leadershipbutler.org.
Tuition for the program is $500 IF YOU ARE SELECTED. Failure to notify Leadership
Butler of your commitment to participate by January 30, 2026, will cause your space to be filled by another applicant. Once you have notified Leadership Butler confirming your participation, you will be responsible for the full amount of the tuition by February 7, 2026.
